Over-the-Counter Benefits

Many of our plans offer access to a pre-paid over-the-counter (OTC) card. You can use this card to buy eligible OTC drugs and supplies from a participating retailer, such as your local Walgreens or Walmart. You also can have items delivered to your home at no additional charge by ordering online or by telephone.

Our members can access unlimited trips to health-related locations. Transportation may include rides by taxi, bus, subway, van or medical transport. Dual Plan and Beyond Plan members also may be eligible for trips to non-medical locations.
