2018 Monthly Plan Premium for People Who Get Extra Help from Medicare to Pay for their Prescription Drugs

If you receive extra help from Medicare to pay your Medicare prescription drug plan costs, your monthly plan premium will be lower than if you did not receive assistance. The amount of extra help you receive will determine your total monthly plan premium as a member of our Plan.

The tables below show you what your monthly plan premium will be if you receive extra help.

Prominence Plus and Prominence Enhanced premiums include coverage for both medical services and prescription drug coverage.
