You may be eligible if you are enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B and live within the Prominence Florida service area. Contact a local specialist to confirm.

Enrollment Periods

You can enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan during the Annual Enrollment Period (Oct. 15 to Dec. 7), the Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (Jan. 1 to March 31) or a Special Enrollment Period if you qualify.
