Prominence Health Plan started in 1993 as a Commercial health maintenance organization (HMO) in Reno, Nevada. Through the years, we have grown to include PPO and Medicare Advantage lines of business, also with Administrative Services plans for self-funded organizations. Additionally, we have expanded our network coverage across Nevada, Texas and Florida to serve even more members with our highly competitive plans and individualized service.

Our members today benefit from the broad network of providers and medical facilities we have built to help manage chronic conditions and serve a wide range of health needs. As we’ve expanded, our focus has been on ensuring that members have choices about where to get quality, convenient, cost-effective care close to home.
