Prescription Drug Extra Help

If you receive extra help from Medicare to pay your Medicare prescription drug plan costs, your monthly plan premium will be lower than if you did not receive assistance. The amount of extra help you receive will determine your total monthly plan premium as a member of our Plan.

Cost-sharing may change if you enter another phase of the Part D benefit.

Prominence Plus premiums include coverage for both medical services and prescription drug coverage.
