If you are enrolled in a plan other than Prominence Plus, you can check the prices of your Medicare Advantage prescription drugs here. Choose your state and plan and then search for drugs by name, or browse alphabetically.
PLEASE NOTE: copays and deductibles may vary if you have Extra Help or Medicaid.
Coverage Stages — How Much Do You Pay?
Determine how much the drug will cost in 2025 based on your coverage stage.
Stage 1: Deductible Stage
Most Prominence Medicare plans do not have a prescription drug deductible. See benefits above for details.
Stage 2: Initial Coverage Stage
In 2025 the Part D structure has changed. There is no Coverage Gap or “Donut Hole.” You stay in this stage until your out of pocket costs reach $2,000.
Stage 3: Catastrophic Coverage Stage
Once you have paid enough for your drugs to move into this last payment stage, you will no long pay for your covered Part D drugs for the rest of the year.
If you have a Dual or Extra Help Plan some of these stages may not apply to you.
NOTE: Eligible beneficiaries must use network pharmacies to access prescription drug benefits, except in nonroutine circumstances. Quantity limits and restrictions may apply.
