Prominence Care Centers

Prominence Health Plan and Vera Whole Health are excited to announce the opening of two Prominence Care Centers in northern Nevada providing exclusive access to Prominence Medicare members for:

  • Primary and routine follow-up care
  • Urgent care
  • Certain laboratory services and prescription drugs
  • Health coaching and assessments
  • Other services

Transportation Benefit (South Texas Only)

Members in South Texas have 20 one-way trips per year to plan-approved locations. Transportation may include rides by taxi, bus/subway, van, or medical transport.

Standard hours for routine appointments are Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CT; urgent and discharge scheduling can occur 24 hours/7 days a week. The toll free number to arrange for transportation is 1-844-399-9467 (TTY: 711).
